The hotel features excellent laundry facilities but
the breakfast experience could use refinement, especially during peak hours. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the convenience of having complimentary drinks available was a nice touch. Overall, I felt well-cared for during my stay.

Convenient stay with lovely service
The staff was truly exceptional, providing us with extra umbrellas during a rainy checkout. The location was perfect, close to shopping yet peaceful at night.
Our Standard Double Room felt somewhat cramped for two people. We also noticed dust accumulation, which slightly affected our comfort during the stay.

The Grandconsort in Naha impressed me with its spacious room and cleanliness. Plenty of space for luggage and the bed felt comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a highlight with plenty of choices, featuring both western and Japanese options. Its location is great, only a short walk to Kokusai street but still managed to be quiet at night. I did notice the air conditioning could be better. it was cooler during the day but struggled to keep the room adequately cool through the night. Additionally, there were limited electric outlets which might not be enough for two people. Lastly, I found the coffee and tea amenities offered limited options, especially during the restricted access hours, which could use improvement.
